The stunning Ashton Gardens was the perfect backdrop for Marlissa & DeMarcus’s elegant wedding ceremony! Their color palette was navy, blush, and cream. Those colors with the gorgeous florals and details were absolutely stunning! But the show stopper, jaw dropping, head turning was Marlissa’s Blush Wedding dress. She wanted to wear that in honor of her sister.

Marlissa is definitely the kind of bride that is well organized, task oriented and makes sure everything gets done. DeMarcus is her centered calm in any storm. This couple is ride and die for sure!

The day after their wedding, we got together for a Husband and Wife portrait session at the High Museum of Art and it did not disappoint. This session allowed Marlissa and DeMarcus to showcase their style, personality, and their boss attitude as a powerhouse newlyweds. Being able to re-do their day and focus on each other, made for some awesome portraits! I just couldn’t get enough of them, DeMarcus brought the Swag and Marlissa brought the Diva.
